A facilitated discussion regarding the research findings and how employers can adopt policies and practices to enable talent acquisition, on-boarding and development to capture, retain and advance a more disability-inclusive workforce. The discussion will revolve around moving the model of effective strategies that have worked to date further, creating Inclusion@Work 3.0. Themes to be included: automation’s impact, moving beyond entry level, and recent trends from around the country… employee resource groups, Autism@Work, Spectrum Designs, customized integrated employment, and more.
